Although there are few cases, other developments include apartments and residential houses . They include spring -Chamsey and Collonge-Bellerive Apartments. Such developments are mainly located on the outskirts of the city. Here, the developments are done on the demolished buildings, which are basically too old for the market price. The high demand leads to high prices of land ad property in the city result, most of the houses are rental. The ownership regulated residents, and members of EU/EFTA are given priority. In the case of foreigners, they have to obtain a permit from the authorities. Finally, it noted that there are few developments, where concentration is in the GGBA region. Work cited. The utterances of uncouth words were seemingly done recklessly, inconsiderately or deliberately which somehow leads to violence and crimes.   Anyone, in whichever part of the world, who will watch this movie, can somehow relate to at least one character wherein one shares the same fears, hopes and at times feels impelled to retaliate when pushed to a corner. In one scene, the character named Ria, the Latina detective, had a vehicular mishap with an Asian woman (who mispronounced the word brake as blake) whom she told sarcastically, â€Å"†¦you don’t see my blake lights. See, I stop when I see a long line of cars stopped in front of me. Maybe you see over the steering wheel, you’ll blake too†.   That coming from Ria’s mouth who was also racially discriminated by his own black boyfriend. Several movie reviews has rated this movie with four stars or more.   These movie reviews influence the in some ways help in the success or the failure of a particular movie.   It aids the moviegoers decide whether it is worthy of our time and money to watch or not.   There are reviews that are either made objectively and subjectively. According to Amber Deggans, who writes for the reel reviews, watching the film is like watching a documentary. The rawness of the emotions of the characters touches us deeply. The portrayal of the abusive and racist cop named Officer John Ryan impels us to hate him for his attitude towards the black community yet seeing him comforting his sick father is so contradictory which just shows us that there is always a good side to people. Film makers usually do their utmost to reach the audience and impart to them that there is a need to stop the anger among us but not many were successful in doing this except for this movie. The characterization of each role was ultimately conveyed to the audience.   The performance of the actors was exceptionally done resulting for the film’s message to be thoroughly communicated. Scenes were sometimes so poignant that it becomes hard for the viewer not to be moved especially if at some point in our lives, we may have encountered a relatively similar if not the exact situation as shown in the movie.   Roger Ebert, who is a Pulitzer Prize-winning American film critic and screen writer rated this movie with four stars. As conclusion to his review, Ebert mentioned, â€Å"I don’t expect â€Å"Crash† to work any miracles, but I believe anyone seeing it is likely to be moved to have a little more sympathy for people not like themselves. The movie contains hurt, coldness and cruelty, but is it without hope? Not at all.† Some scenes from this movie give us surprisingly unexpected but realistic glimpses of certain inequities that real people also come across. For a movie that didn’t have ample budget for its production, parts of the movie were quite represented realistically and naturally. Crash strongly depicts a reality that none of us can refute and forces us to face the truth, that each of us carry our own prejudice regardless of which race we belong to.   The social impact of this movie would hopefully lead to a realization of a racist-free community. In Zarathustras Prologue, when Zarathustra speaks to a crowd of people in a town who are waiting for a tightrope performance. He speaks to the people of the overman as the meaning of the earth. Zarathustra quotes,? Let your will say: the overman shall be the meaning of the earth!? Therefore, in this chapter of ? On the Tree on the Mountainside ? Zarathustra compares a tree waiting something from the earth because he speaks about how the tree keeps growing from the earth taller and taller each day. He also states that surely the tree is waiting for the first lighting, which signfly as waiting for the overman by giving your whole self. Zarathustra also stated how he beseeched his brothers and sisters to remain faithful to the earth, and to not believe those who speak of otherworldly hopes. In other words he is saying that the most dreadful thing is to go against the overman which then doesnt make meaning of the earth. So in essence the youth represents those individuals who are at the break of being missed lead into a false dead God. Therefore, the tree also represents those individuals who are waiting for that special unfalsed God ,but they didnt know what it was. Zarathustra advised the youth no matter what happens he should not lose his sense of freedom and hope because if he loses his determination than he was a lost soul. The youth also tells that Zarathustra that he is correct because he has longed and waited for something not knowing what it is. So Zarathustras advice means that yes we are searching for something, and our answer is in the earth, the overman. This chapter explains how Zarathustra was determined to bring the overman to everyone, and also explaining to the people that we are like the TREE who waits. He also states that surely the tree is waiting for the first lighting, which signfly as waiting for the ov erman by giving your whole self.

Should People Give Money to Beggars free essay sample

Subjects of the article are the aspects of giving money to people living on the street. The author divides the article in two points of view and brings them together in the end. On on side, giving money to beggars is a good thing. It gives them what they need to provide themselves with food. It also means that you recognize that they have a problem, so it’s also a sense of dignity. The prior difficulty of helping these people out with money is that you can never know where they put it, what they do with it. A lot of homeless people are drug addicts, so they probably spend most of what they get in alcohol and other drugs. An alternative to giving money to beggars but still helping them is described in the article: Helping homeless organizations. But can you really trust in charity to spend the money well and effective? How much of it is covering their administrative costs? The other side of the article covers the „contraâ€Å" of giving money to beggars. Debi describes the situation in her home town Atlanta. She says most of them were hustlers and don’t really need the money. They would work and take a job if the streets were no alternative. Even if this is a strong argument, i doubt that this is entirely true. I believe that the reasons for people to become homeless are quite individual and not everybody has a choice. In my opinion, Debi missed the point here. The article gives some good ideas to thing about, but generally i think the article misses a clear statement. The opinion of the author is not clearly stated, which i think he should.
